This role is for a ProServe Account Executive in Healthcare and Life Sciences at Amazon Web Services (AWS). The primary focus is on engaging with Financial Services customers to drive transformative projects involving IT Strategy, distributed architecture, and hybrid cloud operations. The role involves understanding customer business outcomes, identifying applicable AWS Professional Services offerings, creating proposals, and securing sign-offs on Statements of Work (SOWs). The Account Executive will also ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction, measured by key metrics like Revenue, Billable Bookings, and CSAT. The role requires experience in selling services within the technology/consulting sector, translating technical concepts into business value, and managing CRM systems. It also involves developing account plans, establishing executive relationships, and collaborating with internal AWS teams and partners. The role may require up to 50% travel.

  3. Develop a unified account plan and pursuit plan that aligns with AWS account team (direct sales).
  4. Establish Executive relationships across Business & Technology groups, executive sponsorship of programs
  5. Establish an internal network at AWS, most notably with internal organizations critical to success: Account Team (#OneTeam), Partner team, Finance, Legal
