Chewy Vet Care is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee operational functions, support staff, manage inventory, engage with clients, and ensure compliance with policies and OSHA guidelines. The role requires experience in practice management, staff leadership, and client conflict resolution, with a focus on delivering patient-centric care in a veterinary setting.

What you'd actually do

  1. Responsible for supporting the paraprofessional staff in implementing the outlined policies and procedures, utilizing integrated technology, and managing the practice operational functions.
  2. Work with regional and corporate leadership to provide support and continuous development for the practice team.
  3. Provide staff management with a primary responsibility of overseeing their operational performance and coordinate work schedules for the team.
  4. Demonstrate team support and care for others’ work experiences by conducting staff reviews, handling their concerns, and mentoring Team Members with their career development.
  5. Lead team coordination of inventory cycle counts and fulfill inventory needs requests.
