Salesforce is seeking a MuleSoft GTM Specialist (Practice Director) to join their Professional Services Data Excellence & AI Practice team. This role focuses on positioning MuleSoft solutions and data services to enterprise customers, acting as a strategic advisor and expert in AI and integration platforms. The specialist will partner with sales and services teams, engage with C-level clients, and contribute to developing internal methodologies. The role requires extensive experience in integration platforms, API-led connectivity, MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform, and the AI/LLM ecosystem, including specific experience with MuleSoft's Agentic enterprise solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide specialist MuleSoft & Integrations product & implementation expertise to help position, scope, and schedule MuleSoft Professional Services engagements, including for both customer-funded and internally funded engagements.
  2. Partner and build strong relationships with License Sales and Professional Services OU counterparts to educate on the positioning and representation of our Services offerings
  3. Engage customers, including C-Level , using a consultative selling approach that positions Salesforce and yourself as a long-term trusted advisor relationship
  4. Use industry expertise and business insight to understand customer motivation, business drivers, strategic goals and desired business outcomes.
  5. Create a compelling vision and clearly communicate our transformative solutions with the goal of generating significant success and business value from a customer's investment

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years experience
  • Working with integration platforms to solve real business problems.
  • Deep understanding of API-led connectivity, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, and the emerging AI/LLM ecosystem.
  • Relevant Product experience on MuleSoft's Agentic enterprise Solutions including AgentFabric, LLM Gateway, MCP Bridge.
  • Relevant experience in at least one Cloud technologies - among AWS, Azure, GCP ( sizing, design and scaling )
  • Experience with different Integration Patterns and ability to recommend relevant patterns solving customer use cases.
  • Strong awareness of MuleSoft different deployment models including CloudHub 2.0 and Runtime Fabric.
  • Experience in a Professional Services GTM or delivery role (E.g. Account Partner, Client Partner, Engagement Manager, pre-sales Architect).
  • Ability to translate complex, technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes and ROI for customers
  • Background in a consultative role, with a strong understanding of consumption sales, technology and how software services fits into the overall sales process.
  • Experience growing accounts with large and complex pursuits or projects ($M+)
  • Demonstrated ability to influence a group audience, facilitate solutioning and lead discussions such as implementation methodology, roadmapping, enterprise transformation strategy, and executive-level requirement gathering sessions.
  • Highly collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, unpredictable environment.
  • Ability to operate strategically and execute tactically, a self-starter who can drive outcomes without heavy structure.
