This is a marketing internship role at Johnson & Johnson within the Dermatology & Rheumatology business unit, focusing on Psoriasis and Psoriasis-Arthritis. The intern will support the marketing team with daily operations, campaign planning and execution, event support, market analysis, and project management. The role requires strong communication, initiative, and proficiency in MS Office, with German and English language skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Mitarbeit im operativen Marketing-Tagesgeschäft, Support der Product Manager sowie Unterstützung bei crossfunktionalen Projekten in Zusammenarbeit z.B. mit den medizinischen Abteilungen und Sales
  2. Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Kampagnen auf den verschiedenen internen sowie externen Kanälen (z.B. Print-Materialien, 1:1 Mails, Newsletter, eDetails oder Anzeigen sowie Sonderpublikationen)
  3. Unterstützung und Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Info-Veranstaltungen und Außendienst-Tagungen
  4. Selbstständige Bearbeitung und Übernahme von (Teil-)Projekten
  5. Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern wie beispielsweise Briefing und Steuerung von Agenturen
  6. Durchführung von Markt-, Kunden- und Wettbewerbsanalysen

Skills

Required

  • Student or completed degree (preferably in Business Administration, Health Economics, or Natural Sciences) with a strong affinity for marketing
  • Very high self-responsibility, initiative, and creativity, as well as a structured and results-oriented way of working
  • Openness and sociability, as well as good communication and motivation skills with a high degree of curiosity
  • Motivation and desire to work and shape in a dynamic environment
  • Fun working in a team is essential
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Confident use of MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Power Point, Word and Excel)

Nice to have

  • First practical experience in marketing and/or the pharmaceutical industry through internships or working student positions
