What you'd actually do

  1. Erstellung und Dokumentation von Sicherheitsunterweisungen (Struktur, Inhalte, Visuals, Pflege)
  2. Aufbau einer klaren Struktur für die Datenablage (z. B. Ordnerlogik, Versionierung, Zugriffsrechte)
  3. Optimieren und Vereinfachen bestehender Prozesse in der Ausbildungswerkstatt (Ist‑Analyse, Soll‑Konzept, SOPs)
  4. Abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeiten im Tagesgeschäft und Projektmanagement (Terminorganisation, Material-/Werkstattlogistik, Projektbegleitung)
  5. Einblicke & Schnittstellenaufbau zu unterschiedlichen Bereichen (z. B. Produktion, Instandhaltung, HR, Arbeitssicherheit)

Skills

Required

  • Ongoing enrollment in a technical or business degree program (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Process Management, Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics, Computer Science)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams/SharePoint)
  • Independent, structured way of working

  • Enjoyment of practical implementation
