This is an internship role in People and Culture Development focusing on Organizational Development at John Deere. The intern will support the team in consulting clients on change management, preparing and facilitating training, supporting training and qualification offers, and organizing events. The role requires strong communication skills in German and English and an interest in People and Culture topics.

What you'd actually do

  1. Unterstützung des Teams bei der Beratung unserer Kunden zu Change-Management und Organisationsentwicklung
  2. Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Nachbereitung von Trainings und Workshops im Rahmen von Organisationsentwicklungsmaßnahmen
  3. Unterstützung bei Trainings- und Qualifizierungsangeboten
  4. Organisation besonderer Events (z.B. Informationsveranstaltungen für Gruppenarbeit)

Skills

Required

  • Aktuelle Immatrikulationsbescheinigung (z.B. Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie, Wirtschaftspädagogik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Kommunikations-, Medien-, Sprachwissenschaften, Geistes- oder Sozialwissenschaften, Journalismus oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang)
  • Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit verschiedenen Menschen auf Deutsch und Englisch
  • Begeisterung für People und Culture Themen
  • Begeisterung für kreative Weiterentwicklung
  • Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
