Pre-sales Engineer (agentic AI Automation)

This role is a Pre-Sales Engineer focused on Agentic AI Automation. The primary responsibility is to understand customer pain points and translate them into tailored, value-driven solutions using UiPath's platform, which includes AI agents and LLMs. The role involves participating in sales strategy, leading presales activities, performing demos, designing solutions, and resolving technical concerns. While the role interacts with AI technologies like LLMs and agents, its core function is in the sales and solution design process, not in building or researching AI models themselves.

What you'd actually do

  1. Participate in account strategy planning with the Sales team
  2. Work closely with the Sales team to qualify opportunities and prioritize accordingly
  3. Lead end-to-end Presales activities & create strong value propositions
  4. Perform tailored, high-level demos demonstrating business value
  5. Ensure delivery of strong Rfx’s, contextualized demos and powerful PoV’s

Skills

Required

  • client-facing experience (Presales/Sales Engineering/Solution Architect)
  • communication, discovery and interpersonal skills
  • experience in process discovery, process mining, process orchestration, automation solutions and AI technologies like LLMs and agents
  • Cloud and Virtualization technology understanding
  • solution selling mindset
  • Fluent in Bahasa and English
