Premium Support Specialist - Autonomous Vehicle

This role provides customer support for Uber's Autonomous Vehicle program, handling inquiries via phone and ticket systems. It requires problem-solving, empathy, and comfort with multiple support platforms. The role is part of the Community Operations organization and focuses on delivering a world-class customer experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide high quality customer support both verbal and written
  2. Deliver high customer satisfaction and demonstrate empathy while solving customer concerns as efficiently, politely, and professionally as possible
  3. Work on both phone and ticket-based cases and resolve escalations
  4. Solve problems and address unsatisfactory consumer experiences with ownership and service recovery. Care about individual consumer experiences.
  5. Keep up to date with new challenges from our consumers, and the changes and product improvements from our internal teams.

Skills

Required

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service in-person or contact center experience with focus on phone support
  • Comfortable operating in multiple modalities (Phone, Email, Chat)
  • English language proficiency
