Pressure Check & Repair Specialist I is responsible for identifying and repairing issues with machined and welded parts.
Responsibilities:
- Test, inspect and diagnose malfunctions in post-build products
- Perform necessary adjustments and repairs, including welding repairs
- Execute straightening operations to ensure product conformity
- Conduct quality checks in compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with team members on assignments that require more than one person
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of experience in welding and straightening operations
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to perform repetitive operations
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
Successful candidate will be able to demonstrate these skillsets:
- Blueprint reading experience
- Ability to work as part of a team and undergo cross-training
- Effective communications skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
*** Hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift. All training will be on 1st shift for up to 2 months before moving to hired shift.**

Summary Pay Range:
$22.50 - $29.20
