Pressure Control Account Manager

This role is for a Pressure Control Sales Representative at Caterpillar, focusing on managing and developing customer accounts in the Oil & Gas and Marine division. The responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, growing revenue and market share, and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in Oil & Gas sales, specifically in Pressure Control equipment and services, and possess strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build relationships with customers and cultivate accounts into long-term customer alliances
  2. Develop Tender/Proposal Strategy and prepare/negotiate associated sales quotes
  3. Develop and manage sales strategies including account targets, account playbooks, and customer engagement plans.
  4. Maintain opportunity pipeline in internal online systems
  5. Keep abreast of new products, specifications, industry trends, competitor strengths and weaknesses and communicate new information to company colleagues
