Pricing & Contracting - Manager

What you'd actually do

  1. Support clients participating in U.S. government programs by improving end-to-end government pricing capabilities, including calculation support and reporting controls (AMP, BP, ASP, NFAMP, 340B, URA) where in scope for the engagement.
  2. Support clients in maintaining effective and compliant processes for extending statutory and other government prices through stakeholder engagement, rebate processing, and the offer of discounted price lists
  3. Interpret evolving regulatory, sub-regulatory state and federal requirements and emerging voluntary programs to advise on implementation and operationalization of new pricing constructs including Most Favored Nation (MFN) based pricing constructs (e.g., GENEROUS, GLOBE, GUARD) and changes to existing Government Programs.
  4. Monitor and track evolving regulatory landscape across government programs and support in developing market leading points of view and market offerings.
  5. Assess and strengthen government pricing data, methodologies, processes, documentation, controls and systems to improve accuracy and audit readiness.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in pricing and/or contracting within life sciences, consulting, payers, providers, or related healthcare domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead workstreams, manage teams, and deliver multiple concurrent work products in a client-facing environment.
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team and influencing others, including coaching and mentoring other staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate analysis into clear executive recommendations.
  • Experience with contracting processes (terms, governance, lifecycle steps) and risk/controls thinking.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
