Senior Manager role in Deloitte's Customer Strategy & Applied Design practice, focusing on pricing and sales strategy. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage strategy engagements; define deliverable structure and content
  2. Manage day-to-day interactions and relationships with executive clients and sponsors. Support clients in making strategic decisions and implementing changes in areas within pricing, finance, commercial excellence, and analytics
  3. Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process.
  4. Develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop "thought-ware" and "point-of-view" documents; participate in public speaking events; get published in pricing-related and industry periodicals
  5. Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities
