Pricing Proposal Analyst (level 2 or Level 3)

This role is for a Proposal Analyst at Northrop Grumman, responsible for developing, planning, and scheduling proposals by compiling cost, schedule, and technical elements. The analyst will coordinate the collection of data, research historical information, develop cost models, and participate in fact-finding and pricing reviews. The position requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance and a Special Access Program (SAP) Clearance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develops, plans and schedules proposals
  2. Compiles cost, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications
  3. Coordinates the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance elements from functional departments
  4. Researches and analyzes historical data, develops cost models to support proposal efforts
  5. Coordinates activities and participates in fact-finding meetings

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field of study
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Special Access Program (SAP) Clearance

Nice to have

  • Aerospace/Defense industry experience
  • Experience with FAR and DFARs
  • Supply Chain experience
  • Knowledge of SAP/ERP
