Salesforce is seeking a Prime Account Executive for their Data Foundation solutions targeting the SMB segment in the Mediterranean region. The role involves consultative selling, territory management, and articulating the value of modern data architecture for small and medium businesses. The Account Executive will own and grow a portfolio of SMB accounts, drive adoption of Salesforce Data Cloud and related products, understand customer data challenges, architect solutions, navigate complex buying processes, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value. The goal is to help SMBs compete by democratizing access to unified data, enabling AI, personalization, and data-driven decision-making.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and grow a portfolio of SMB accounts across MED, driving adoption of Salesforce Data Cloud, MuleSoft, and related data foundation products
  2. Conduct discovery to understand customer data challenges and architect solutions that unlock insights, improve customer experiences, and drive business outcomes
  3. Navigate complex buying processes with multiple stakeholders, from IT leaders to business decision-makers
  4. Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Partners to deliver value throughout the customer lifecycle
  5. Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through disciplined pipeline management and strategic account planning

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of enterprise software or SaaS sales experience, preferably in data/analytics, CRM, or cloud solutions
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in a high-velocity SMB sales environment
  • Understanding of data integration, APIs, ETL, and modern data architecture concepts
  • Exceptional communication skills to translate technical concepts into business value
  • Hunter mentality with the ability to prospect, qualify, and close new business
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have

  • Experience selling in the Middle East market with cultural awareness and ideally Arabic language skills (preferred)
