Principal Agency Ops Coordinator

This role is responsible for managing insurance operations for multifamily loans within the Agency Finance portfolio, ensuring all necessary documentation (certificates, invoices, policies) is received and processed accurately. It involves communication with internal and external stakeholders, including borrowers and insurance agents, and requires strong customer service and organizational skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Managing insurance team mailbox and address or redirect inquiries to appropriate teams
  2. Independently review reports for outstanding insurance information and follow up with agents/borrowers (certificates, invoices, paid receipts and policies)
  3. Maintain and update accurate information in the Servicing system McCracken
  4. Proactively communicate with insurance agents and borrowers along with third party vendors to ensure insurance documentation is received timely.
  5. Upload loan documents into document repository system - OneView

Skills

Required

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services or servicing operations
  • At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate or financial services
  • 3+ years of insurance experience including flood insurance
  • 3+ years of experience with GSE - Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac insurance experience
