Oura is seeking a Principal Art Director, Product to lead the visual direction and design of their award-winning health and wellness products, focusing on empowering users to understand and improve their health through their Oura Ring and connected app.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the visual direction and design of Oura’s product experience, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand expression across all touchpoints.
  2. Develop and champion a clear product design vision and strategy that aligns with Oura’s mission and business objectives.
  3. Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams to translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and engaging product designs.
  4. Mentor and guide a team of talented product designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  5. Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept generation and user research to prototyping, user testing, and final implementation.
