What you'd actually do

  1. Directly lead one or more of Capital One’s brand governance programs, including the facilitation of line-of-business marketing partner relationships
  2. Be a visible enabler efficient, brand safe, consistent branded marketing across the enterprise
  3. Facilitate team progress in a workflow management tool (Adobe Workfront), monitoring intakes and decision making processes across a multi-pronged brand governance review system
  4. In a “hub and spoke” team environment, own hub processes to drive human connections across teams
  5. Own insight reporting and executive dashboards on process utilization, throughput and operational outcomes across teams

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 3 years of project management experience
  • At least 3 years of experience with marketing workflow tools (such as Adobe Workfront)
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services or regulated industry
  • At least 1 year of experience identifying, evaluating and taking action to mitigate brand risk

Nice to have

  • 4+ years of project management experience
  • 1+ years managing projects for in-house creative, marketing, or agency teams
  • 1+ years experience with project management software
  • Experience evaluating or implementing GenAI automation integrations in marketing
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to self-manage and escalate potential roadblocks
