What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and manage recurring business reporting routines, including: coordinating the compilation and monthly and quarterly business results to senior executives using standard structures but also looking to modernize processes and dashboards
  2. Lead and manage recurring cross-team operations, including: cross-team leadership routines, and data management standards and processes
  3. Stand up new strategic, cross-functional processes, including: project management and collaboration methods to enable cross-team product policy, customer engagement, and business initiatives

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
  • At least 3 years of Program or Project Management experience
  • At least 3 years of Agile delivery experience utilizing Scrum, Kanban or SAFe methodologies
  • At least 2 years of Relationship management experience

Nice to have

  • Masters / MBA degree
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
  • 5+ years of Program or Project Management experience
