Principal Associate, Client Readiness

This role supports Treasury Management sales by developing client-facing materials, commercial insights, industry benchmarks, and business cases to accelerate the sales cycle and increase win rates. It involves collaboration with product management, go-to-market, marketing, and sales teams, as well as creating and coordinating training on sales skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop client facing materials, commercial insights, industry benchmarks, business case, and other tools and assets to help accelerate the sales cycle and increase win rates.
  2. Help bring TM products to market by ensuring client-facing tools and assets are maintained and up to date by coordinating with product, marketing, sales and delivery leads
  3. Support sales readiness for existing and new products including updates to TM Sales Playbook, training, and client facing tools and assets
  4. Coordinate with Sales, Sales Analytics and Product to identify and increase sales in underpenetrated segments and products
  5. Develop and recommend tools and assets to measure usage and impact of Sales Enablement deliverables

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
  • Financial Services experience
  • Treasury Management, Payables, or Receivables experience
