What you'd actually do

  1. Contribute to the development and execution of the risk management strategy and deliver on enterprise and team objectives.
  2. Partner with the business partners to deliver on the identification and development of risks, issues, and/or mitigation plans to ensure the business implements needed changes and addresses areas of exposure.
  3. Develop and help to deliver senior level risk management reporting and communications
  4. Collaborate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and leaders across multiple organizations to achieve strategic objectives
  5. Coordinate program-related activities and deliverables to ensure effective collaboration within the team and across stakeholder groups

Skills

Required

  • High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
  • At least 3 years of experience in Risk Management, Process Management, Project Management, or a combination of these
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with internal and external business clients

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in risk management or data management
  • At least 5 years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management
  • At least 1 year of Financial Services industry experience
  • At least 3 years of experience consulting with senior executives and strategy building
  • Risk Certifications (CRISC, CISM, CRCM, CIPP, ABA Risk Mgmt Certification)
  • Experience in controls development, controls management, risk reporting activities such as process level assessments and risk and control self assessments
  • Strong organization skills and ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal presentation and written communication skills to confidently interact with and lead meetings at all levels
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills to effectively respond to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
