This role focuses on supporting and evolving enterprise-scale physical security technology platforms, including alarm, video surveillance, and access control systems. The engineer will be responsible for platform ownership, system reliability, technical execution, problem-solving, process improvement, automation, and stakeholder engagement within a mission-critical, life safety operational environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own day-to-day health and performance of physical security platforms (intrusion alarm, video surveillance, access control, case management, situational awareness, video analytics)
  2. Monitor system performance, identify risks, and proactively address issues before impact
  3. Lead troubleshooting of complex system issues across hardware, software, and network layers
  4. Ensure systems meet uptime, compliance, and operational standards across all supported sites
  5. Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical, time-sensitive incidents impacting system availability and life safety operations.
