Principal Associate, Process Manager- Navigator Platform

This role is for a Principal Process Manager on the Navigator Platform team at Capital One, focusing on creating and enhancing processes for auto dealerships and consumers. What you'd actually do

  1. Leading and owning oversight of smaller process improvement work and collaborating with teammates on larger initiatives
  2. Collecting data and information, using analytics and reporting to provide transparency to senior leadership and executives
  3. Identify and implement process improvements driving issue resolution and risk mitigation activities
  4. Tracking and resolving process breakdowns
  5. Understanding customers’ needs of the process and driving process improvements

Skills

Required

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite
  • At least 3 years of Process Management experience

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification
  • 1+ years of experience in Compliance or Risk Management
  • 4+ years of experience in Process Management
