What you'd actually do

  1. Lead moderate to large sized teams on high-priority initiatives and work streams that span across Business Cards and Payments and Capital One
  2. Design, develop, and manage project plans and delivery roadmaps in a complex dynamic environment
  3. Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical recommendations in support of project delivery
  4. Drive solutions to complex problems across cross-functional teams by applying sound business judgment to navigate trade-offs between competing priorities
  5. Manage a large set of stakeholders

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or military experience
  • At least 3 years of project management experience

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of experience facilitating Agile teams on IT projects
  • 5+ year of experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence)
  • 5+ years of experience working, supporting or partnering with internal business clients
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
