What you'd actually do

  1. Work across teams and stakeholders to play a leading role in the evolution of talent and performance management at Capital One
  2. Partner closely with LOB HR to define stakeholder needs, identify opportunities to scale local innovation, and drive impact and efficiency in our domains
  3. Partner closely with partner teams (Product, Tech, Design, Ops, P&I) to lead change management and delivery of initiatives and projects with enterprise-wide impact
  4. Identify opportunities within existing talent processes for automation, tools, and greater efficiency at enterprise scale
  5. Build subject matter expertise across talent and performance domains, using external and internal research to ground our destination state in data-backed practices
