What you'd actually do

  1. Consolidating data from disparate sources to create a "single source of truth."
  2. Work independently to interpret and develop solutions to complex business challenges that have a significant impact on the function or branch
  3. Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  4. Address operational issues and challenges, finding solutions and implementing changes to prevent future problems.
  5. Work with other teams to achieve organizational goals, ensuring alignment and effective communication.

Skills

Required

  • Intermediate-Advanced English fluency
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ year of process management experience
  • 1+ year of experience communicating and collaborating with multiple partner groups
  • 2+ years leading strategic projects
  • 1+ year of experience working with Google Sheets (part of G Suite) using advanced lookup & reference, conditional logic, calculated fields, array formulas and Apps Script.

Nice to have

  • 1+ years of experience involving organizational design, staffing and/or budgets.
  • 1+ years of experience in Looker Studio
