This is a functional/business role focused on subscription/finance insights, KPIs, and executive storytelling. The ideal candidate for this position will bring their extensive expertise of Cloud SaaS Subscription data and, importantly, the underlying business transactional scenarios underpinning that data to shape details into complex and compelling stories. You'll piece together the puzzle through meticulous analysis towards discovery of new business insights that will help retain and grow our Cloud business.
This position builds upon detailed knowledge of subscriptions transactional flows and how they result in the story of a customer, a product, a pillar over time -- ultimately shaping predictions and illuminating opportunities. You will navigate an immense amount of data, identify business event patterns, manage significant complexity and challenge your skills in representing complex things _simply _and intuitively. Key focus is on Real Time Business Metrics, with intersections to Adoption and other TINNO insights.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role within Finance, Sales Operations, Deal Management, M&A or related field.
- Experience managing Oracle application subscriptions data to render operational or financial insights.
- Functional knowledge of detailed subscriptions transactional scenarios and back-end processes, balancing analysis with practical business outcomes.
- Experience in deep analytics and sharing insights with Oracle stakeholders through presentations and other visual representations that answer business questions from leaders in product development, finance, sales and customer success.
- Proficient knowledge/experience with Excel, Oracle Analytics Cloud Data Visualizer (OAC DV) and SQL Developer to explore data to uncover patterns and anomalies that can impact or shape data outcomes.

- Partner with developers to drive the solution, providing detailed business scenario guidance, visualizations, mocks and perform extensive testing to ensure outcomes are accurate, insightful and actionable.
- Drive engagement with executives, leaders and other users of TINNO insights towards ensuring most effective uptake, interpretation and resulting actions; fostering the dialogue to drive continued enhancements to meet challenging, emerging business questions.
- Demonstrate strong organization and ownership; maintain a detailed, prioritized log of follow-ups and planned enhancements to manage and communicate a shareable roadmap.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $75,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
