What you'd actually do

  1. Plans and coordinates preparation of project documentation, such as engineering drawings, production specifications and schedules, and contract modifications, to ensure customer contract requirements are met.
  2. Reviews contract to determine documentation required for each phase of project, applying knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes.
  3. Analyzes proposed changes of product design to determine effect on overall product and system.
  4. Interpretation of Form DD-1423 requirements and the direct correlation between Contract and Subcontract Deliverable Requirements Lists (CDRL/SDRLs).
  5. Validate Configuration and Data Management (CDM) Statement of Work (SOW) requirements.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or Configuration Data Management
  • Experience following documented rules and guidelines
  • Active US Government Secret or higher clearance
  • Ability to obtain SAP clearance
