This role is for a Principal Consultant at Oracle Financial Services Software, focusing on implementing and customizing Oracle FCCM (Financial Crime and Compliance Management) solutions. The consultant will gather requirements, design and implement solutions using Oracle's OJET Framework, OFSAA Forms Framework, and PMF workflows, and develop backend logic using Oracle SQL/PL/SQL. Responsibilities include leading implementations, providing post-go-live support, troubleshooting data quality issues, and collaborating with clients and global teams to ensure compliance with regional and international regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes experience with AML, KYC, CTR, and SAR processes, and applying automation to optimize alert handling and case resolution.

What you'd actually do

  1. Leads end-to-end implementation and post-go-live support for Oracle Financial Services FCCM solutions.
  2. Collaborates directly with client stakeholders to conduct requirements gathering, perform gap analysis, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  3. Builds and customizes user interface screens using Oracle’s OJET Framework and OFSAA Forms Framework (v8.1.2), ensuring alignment with regulatory workflows and user experience standards.
  4. Designs and implements PMF (Process Management Framework) workflows, including task orchestration, rule definitions, gateways, and pre-rule configurations to support Enterprise Case Management (ECM) and Regulatory Reporting (CRR, US-SAR).
  5. Develops backend logic using Oracle SQL/PL/SQL, including stored procedures, functions, packages, and views to support user interface actions and compliance reporting.
