Job Duties: An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects. Leads end-to-end implementation and post-go-live support for Oracle Financial Services FCCM solutions. Collaborates directly with client stakeholders to conduct requirements gathering, perform gap analysis, and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Builds and customizes user interface screens using Oracle’s OJET Framework and OFSAA Forms Framework (v8.1.2), ensuring alignment with regulatory workflows and user experience standards. Designs and implements PMF (Process Management Framework) workflows, including task orchestration, rule definitions, gateways, and pre-rule configurations to support Enterprise Case Management (ECM) and Regulatory Reporting (CRR, US-SAR). Develops backend logic using Oracle SQL/PL/SQL, including stored procedures, functions, packages, and views to support user interface actions and compliance reporting. Creates and manages database objects that connect UI components to backend FCCM processes, supporting seamless case management and regulatory submissions. Troubleshoots and resolves data quality and performance issues, works across data transformation pipelines and runtime rule frameworks. Provides production support post-deployment, including bug fixes, enhancements, user training, and documentation handoff. Collaborates with global Oracle teams and external clients on the delivery and customization of FCCM applications, drives compliance solutions tailored to regional and international regulatory requirements. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Principal Consultant-related occupation. Position requires:
Hands-on experience with Oracle FCCM Enterprise Case Management (ECM) application, including case creation, investigation workflows, and regulatory reporting integration;Proficiency in PL/SQL and Oracle relational databases, with ability to write and optimize stored procedures, functions, and packages;Strong expertise in PMF (Process Management Framework) configuration—gateways, pre/post rule logic, and workflow routing within the OFSAA/OJET ecosystem;Experience customizing OFSAA Forms Framework and OJET-based UI screens, including data binding with database components;Familiarity with data ingestion and transformation logic, especially in compliance use cases (e.g., alerts → cases → SAR submissions);Deep understanding of AML, KYC, CTR, and SAR processes and how they are operationalized in ECM/CRR applications;Experience applying automation and analytics to optimize alert handling, reduce false positives, and improve case resolution timelines;Strong communication and documentation skills to interface with business stakeholders, compliance officers, and technical teams;Familiarity with ETL/data integration pipelines and validation processes for regulatory data;Ability to configure or enhance compliance reporting templates and case management workflows;Exposure to cloud deployment models for enterprise financial software; and,Experience working in Agile or iterative product development teams, with focus on collaborative design, sprint-based delivery, and continuous improvement.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $131,997 to $158,999 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and/or equity.
