What you'd actually do

  1. As a Principal Consultant hire at Oracle Cerner, you will consult with Oracle Cerner clients to deliver optimization-based consulting services on the Continuous Improvement Delivery team.
  2. Specifically, the Continuous Improvement Delivery specializes in short, data-driven optimization projects.
  3. These projects are intended to achieve a measurable outcome as quickly as possible in way that engages the end-users in the process of delivering Oracle Cerner ’s Model Experience.
  4. You will also consult with clients on service line workflow, and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts.
  5. You will provide solution oversight, direction and expertise to stakeholders, drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients and mitigate solution risks and issues.
