Principal Consultant- Population Health

Seeking an experienced Principal Consultant to design, configure, activate, and support Oracle Health Population Health solutions for federal agencies. The role involves leveraging expertise in healthcare technology and business processes to streamline cloud-based population health deployments, consult on workflows, provide education, and drive solution provisioning. Requires at least 6 years of combined experience, including 2 years in HCIT consulting/support and 4+ years in relevant functional/technical roles with Oracle Population Health or Oracle Health products. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance are mandatory.

What you'd actually do

  1. As a Senior Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in healthcare technology and business processes to support our federal clients while focusing on streamlining cloud-based population health deployments.
  2. You will consult on population health workflows, local site education, drive solution provisioning and have regular client interactions.
  3. You will focus on creating standardization across the federal program and have ample opportunities for applying process improvements where necessary.
  4. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.
  5. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Skills

Required

  • At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education
  • At least 2 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience
  • 4+ years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles including knowledge and experience with the Oracle Population Health and/or Oracle Health product(s).
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter capable of independently handling tasks and projects.
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Ability to obtain government security clearance

Nice to have

  • Willing to travel up to 50% as needed.
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
