What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with Operations, Support teams, and VA stakeholders to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system and workflow issues
  2. Deploy to live client sites to assess workflows, ensure adherence to approved processes, and drive resolution of critical issues
  3. Apply Oracle methodologies, leading practices, and industry expertise to design and implement effective business solutions
  4. Support event-driven methodology activities by contributing subject matter expertise and collaborating with technical, clinical, and operational teams to drive issue resolution and process improvement
  5. Influence customer leadership to support adoption of solutions and facilitate resolution of persistent end-user challenges
