Principal Consultant - Revenue Operations and Enablement

This role is for a Principal Consultant in Revenue Operations and Enablement at Mastercard. The consultant will partner with business stakeholders to define, structure, and deliver complex solutions within the organization’s pricing and billing ecosystem. Responsibilities include business analysis, solution design, process standardization, delivery leadership, and thought leadership within the Business Analysis community. The role requires strong experience in business analysis, consulting, or product strategy, ideally within payments, pricing, or financial services, and the ability to operate in ambiguous environments and structure complex problems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with internal stakeholders (Product, Finance, Sales, Operations) to understand business needs and translate them into structured problem statements and solution frameworks
  2. Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
  3. Establish and drive adoption of standardized consulting playbooks, intake processes, and delivery artifacts
  4. Lead or support initiatives across the full lifecycle: intake, assessment, requirements, UAT, and deployment
  5. Act as a senior thought leader within the Business Analysis community
