This role is a Principal Consulting Presales professional for Oracle's ERP Consulting Services in EMEA. The primary focus is on driving growth by shaping and positioning ERP solutions that integrate Oracle Cloud Applications, implementation expertise, and post-go-live services. The role involves advising customers and internal stakeholders, supporting cloud transformation journeys, and leveraging commercial awareness and storytelling to influence outcomes. Key responsibilities include leading presales engagements, designing solution architectures, supporting RFP responses, and collaborating with various internal teams. While AI capabilities are mentioned as a tool to modernize processes, the core function is presales and consulting for ERP solutions, not direct AI/ML model development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support and drive Oracle ERP consulting opportunities across Continental Europe.
  2. Partner with Consulting Sales, License Sales, Solution Engineering, and Delivery teams to position integrated Oracle ERP Cloud solutions aligned to customer business and technical objectives.
  3. Lead customer-facing presales engagements including discovery workshops, solution strategy discussions, architecture sessions, demonstrations, and executive presentations.
  4. Help customers define transformation roadmaps covering implementation, adoption, optimization, and post-go-live managed services.
  5. Design scalable, secure, and integrated ERP solution architectures aligned with Oracle best practices and enterprise standards.

Skills

Required

  • Proven experience delivering Oracle ERP Cloud implementations and/or ERP consulting engagements.
  • Strong functional understanding of Oracle ERP processes and modules, with expertise in one or more ERP solution areas.
  • Experience supporting enterprise cloud transformation programs and customer-facing consulting engagements.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into compelling solution strategies and implementation approaches.
  • Strong storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence with excellent active listening and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working across multiple countries, cultures, and complex organizations.
  • Self-sufficient and proactive, with the ability to independently create high-quality content and drive initiatives forward.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and work effectively across matrixed teams.

Nice to have
