Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with 5+ years of related professional experience – OR – a Master’s degree with 3+ years of related professional experience. Four additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong command of MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • 1+ year of Contract Set Up process/implementation, configuration, or support.
  • Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, and innovative behaviors in past projects, roles, or experiences.
  • Proven experience in contract administration and management
  • Demonstrated experience in proposal development, beginning with strategy, including negotiation, and ultimate program execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long‑term, high‑value customer relationships.
  • Solid understanding of pricing principles and FAR/DFARS, along with associated Federal Contracting regulations.
  • Must be willing to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance.
