Administrative Support Assistant III to support executives in a fast-paced tech-savvy environment. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating travel, preparing business documents, and driving team activities. Requires strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Managing daily calendars for multiple executives, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes
  2. Arrange and reserve conference rooms, catering, audio/video and other essential services as needed for meetings and conferences
  3. Coordinate travel arrangements and create expense reports in a timely manner using Capital One systems
  4. Drive key team activities and events (such as all-hands meeting, team meetings, conferences, ordering supplies and social events)
  5. Prepare professional business communication documents including memos, letters, and emails

Required

  • Strong communication skills: Impeccable written and verbal communications, coupled with influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Discretion in handling highly sensitive issues.
  • Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
