  • Strong knowledge of data quality management, data profiling, and data cleansing techniques to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable data strategies and technology-focused solutions.
  • Expertise in identifying and integrating multiple data sources, including SQL and NoSQL databases, to support business insights.
  • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring associates and guiding data-driven decision-making aligned with business objectives.
  • Proficiency in applying statistical methods and machine learning techniques to generate meaningful business impact.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field and 4 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
  • Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
  • 6 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
