Principal Data Center Facilities Development Manager

Oracle Oracle · Enterprise · United States

This role oversees the technical and commercial delivery of low-voltage systems, including bulk fiber and structured cabling, for large data center campuses. It involves design coordination, installation oversight, vendor management, and ensuring projects meet global standards for quality, time, and budget, with a specific focus on GPU-intensive data hall builds.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the design and construction subject-matter expert for bulk fiber and structured cabling systems.
  2. Manage low-voltage vendors responsible for installation, testing, and commissioning across multiple GW scale concurrent projects.
  3. Serve as the technical and delivery lead for GPU-intensive data hall builds, managing low-voltage integration for liquid-cooled rack systems at hyperscale.
  4. Partner with internal design, hardware, and construction teams to ensure low-voltage systems are fully integrated into data hall and base-building infrastructure.
  5. Develop and oversee testing, certification, and QA/QC procedures for low-voltage systems, including structured cabling and controls networks.
