This role is for a Principal Data Management Analyst at Northrop Grumman, focusing on planning and implementing comprehensive Data Management processes in accordance with company practices and customer requirements. Responsibilities include managing program-generated work products, reviewing contracts for documentation needs, establishing standard practices for on-time delivery of contractual data items, coordinating data requirements, quality reviews, reporting, delivery, and archiving of CDRL items, and managing the flow down of requirements to subcontractors.

What you'd actually do

  1. Program contract review in order to determine documentation requirements for each work product and phase of the project.
  2. Establish, maintain, and implement standard practices for Data Management to ensure on-time delivery of contractual data items.
  3. Provide the scheduling, communication of customer data requirements, quality reviews, data status reporting, electronic/non-electronic data delivery, and archiving of Contractual Data Requirements List (CDRL) items (work products).
  4. Responsible for coordinating the flow down of CDRL/work product requirements and/or management of receipt of work products to the subcontract supplier through preparation of Subcontractor Data Requirements Lists (SDRLs).
  5. Working in Microsoft Office suite and learning new tools pertaining to the job function.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience, Master’s degree with 3 years of experience, Ph.D. with 1 years of experience in Data Management or related discipline fields; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • A current/active U.S Government Secret clearance.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in program contract review to accurately determine documentation requirements for each work product and phase of the project.
  • Demonstrated excellence in leadership and communication, with proven ability to deliver effective presentations and strong computer skills.
  • Experience of the Contractual Data Requirements List (CDRL) process and procedures.

Nice to have

  • Active Top Secret U.S Government Clearance or higher.
  • Advanced degrees in Data Management or related discipline field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access).
  • Experience with SharePoint Administration.
