What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders from R&D, Data Science and IT to develop a best-in-class Master Data Management (MDM) capability for Health Care Organizations and Professionals.
  2. Establish a Data Governance practice for the MDM capability to thrive in. Create and maintain data dictionaries, seek and find alignment across stakeholders on data attributes, definitions, usage and access rules.
  3. Implement a Data Quality system for MDM. Lead initiatives and implement processes with the specific goal of achieving and maintaining high quality data. Develop and deploy dashboards to inform on KPIs and processes.
  4. Develop and maintain Data Stewardship practice. Mentor data stewards in adherence to business rules and service level agreements. Drive a culture of delivering high quality data products with a sense of urgency.
  5. Promote transparency across stakeholders through clear communication on all MDM and related activities. Articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborators.
