This Principal Data Scientist role focuses on developing next-generation scalable, AI-driven platforms, specifically in Generative AI systems, LLMs, RAG, and AI Agent frameworks. Skills

Required

  • MSc degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong software development experience through hands on coding
  • Experience with Generative AI systems, including large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and model evaluation
  • Practical experience with AI Agent frameworks and architectures, such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar multi-agent / orchestration frameworks
  • Deep understanding of AI Agent concepts, including agent planning, tool use, agent memory management, multi-agent collaboration, autonomous decision-making, and agent evaluation
  • Experience in formulating analytical problems into actionable research and applying advanced techniques for problem solving
  • Good communication skills to convey sophisticated topics in straightforward terms
  • Working proficiency in verbal and written English

Nice to have

  • PhD degree in Computer Science or Machine Learning or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
