This role is a Principal Deal Review Consultant within Sales Strategy and Operations at CrowdStrike, a cybersecurity company. The primary focus is on optimizing deal structures, ensuring revenue and policy compliance, and enabling scalable deal execution for the Falcon Flex program, contributing to ARR growth. The role requires expertise in enterprise sales operations, finance, deal desk, subscription models, financial modeling, and CRM/CPQ systems, with strong communication skills in both Japanese and English.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as the subject matter expert for Falcon Flex, advising on deal structure, policy, economics, and governance for new and existing customers
  2. Lead Falcon Flex deal lifecycle design and execution, including new acquisitions, activations, expansions, and renewals
  3. Own end‑to‑end Falcon Flex deal reviews and manage approval workflows to ensure compliant and optimized transactions
  4. Coordinate deal strategy and execution across Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, Alliance partners, and customers
  5. Support non‑standard transactions through cross‑functional review and approval processes
