Principal Demand Generation Manager

This role is responsible for uniting cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute the biannual, strategic, and integrated Demand Generation and Field Marketing plan, acting as a central connecting point between go-to-market teams to ensure alignment with company priorities and deliver measurable growth.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead collaboration across Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, and other key leaders to articulate how integrated half-year plans roll up to company goals, securing executive alignment and approval.
  2. Informs and champions transformational operational excellence: A strong, scalable, operating rhythm that drives accountability, transparency, and measurability throughout the campaign development process.
  3. Synthesize complex data and insights to guide executive decision-making and strategic adjustments.
  4. Advocates and prioritizes a roadmap, asks about the future of integrated campaign development, and identifies and prioritizes high-impact projects to help scale the organization effectively.

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation in a high-growth SaaS startup
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
