Principal Digital Strategist - Government

This role is for a Principal Digital Strategist within Adobe's Government sector in Singapore. The primary focus is advising C-level executives at enterprise customers on digital transformation and innovation strategies, utilizing Adobe's benchmarking capabilities and industry insights. The role involves leading strategic engagements, quarterbacking teams of experts, and representing Adobe as an industry leader in digital trends and use cases. It also includes building pipelines, running executive connects, working with marketing on thought leadership, presenting at events, and enabling field teams. The ideal candidate has an MBA or equivalent, experience in marketing or consulting, expertise in government sectors, and strong executive presence, problem-solving, and communication skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. As a Digital Strategy Principal, you will both support the analysis for and lead strategy engagements with current and prospective Adobe customers on the biggest deals in APAC.
  2. You will be a Strategic Adviser who brings real-world digital transformation knowledge to customers across sectors to drive business growth, optimize customer experience, amplify brand awareness, lower costs and improve productivity.
  3. For each engagement, you will quarterback a team of experts (in areas such as digital marketing, customer-experience design, digital analytics and Value modelling) to conduct analyses and interviews, develop insights, identify use cases, model commercial value and deliver your findings and recommendations – outlining the value potential enabled by Adobe solutions/technologies by industry.
  4. You will represent Adode as a industry leader on trends, digital innovation, use cases, build cases for investment, and relevant research and thought leadership in your industry.
  5. You will enable the field on key Industry POVs and how to have value led conversations also.

Skills

Required

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree
  • Relevant experience in either the Marketing function within a leading company or A top-tier management consulting organization or A top-tier digital agency
  • Expertise in or working with Government
  • Experience in creating digital strategies along with a high-level understanding of the technologies and tactics needed for execution
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with ability to engage, advise and inspire senior executives
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting research
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively verbally and in writing – and a strong presenter
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb concepts quickly
