Lead Systems Engineer for Electronic Warfare (EW) product development, focusing on integration, testing, and verification of hardware and software systems. The role involves leading a team through the product lifecycle, developing test plans, debugging systems, and ensuring requirements are met. Emphasis on Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Agile development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the integration and test team through all phases of the product lifecycle.
  2. Lead the planning and execution of Integration, Verification and Troubleshoot Test activities in our labs and in the field.
  3. Provide technical guidance and support to Engineering Integrated Product Team Leads (IPTLs).
  4. Develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges in signal processing design.
  5. Create or modify existing electronic warfare signal processing and control algorithms.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline
  • 8+ years of relevant systems engineering experience
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with electronics
  • Use of common commercial test equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, etc.)
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship
