This role is for a Principal Engagement Manager within Adobe's Digital Strategy Group (DSG) EMEA. The role partners with C-suite leaders in consumer industries (Retail, Consumer Goods, Travel & Hospitality) to shape digital experience vision and accelerate business transformation using Adobe's multi-cloud platform. It involves strategic advisory, co-creating customer experiences, developing business cases, and working with enterprise sales teams. While Adobe's products are AI-powered, this role focuses on strategy, consulting, and business outcomes rather than direct AI/ML development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Strategic Advisory & Executive Engagement – Partner with C-suite leaders across Retail, Consumer Goods, Travel & Hospitality industries. Shape transformation strategies and lead executive discussions aligned to Adobe’s capabilities.
  2. Vision & Experience Strategy – Co-create “north star” customer experiences. Define the capabilities required to deliver them.
  3. Value & Business Case Development – Develop value-based narratives and quantified business cases. Demonstrate the economic impact of Adobe solutions.
  4. Deal Strategy & Opportunity Acceleration – Work with enterprise sales teams to shape complex opportunities. Position Adobe as a strategic transformation partner.
  5. Industry Thought Leadership & Ecosystem Collaboration – Contribute to industry vision. Partner across sales, consulting, product and ecosystem teams to deliver high-impact engagements.

Skills

Required

  • Industry Expertise – Retail, Consumer Goods, Travel & Hospitality industries. Strong understanding of digital transformation trends in these sectors.
  • Digital Transformation & Customer Experience – Knowledge of customer experience, digital marketing, data and technology-enabled engagement. Understand how these capabilities support new business models.
