Principal Engineer, Authentication

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in Data Security, including expertise in areas like Authentication, Network Security, and Identity Management, along with 15+ years of experience building large-scale distributed systems.

  1. Craft and execute a long-term north-star vision for Authentication that balances uncompromised security with a frictionless user experience.
  2. Recruit and mentor top-tier engineering talent to scale our security infrastructure.
  3. Act as the voice of Security Engineering across the organization, driving data-driven decisions at the executive level.
  4. Databricks’ security innovations at major academic and industry conferences.
