Skills

Required

  • Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Engineering or related STEM area
  • 5 or more years of relevant professional experience in Manufacturing or Engineering (or 3 years with an MS)
  • Experience with Design of Experiment (DOE), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and 6 sigma concepts for process development
  • Experience in MS Office software applications
  • US Citizenship is required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret Security Clearance

Nice to have

  • Experience in deploying automated equipment or robotics
  • Knowledge in Material Science and Chemistry
  • Knowledge of microelectronics technology and materials
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma
  • Experience with underfill and/or conformal coating
  • Familiarity with J-STD and MIL-STD requirements
  • Experience with automated equipment and robotics
  • Graduate of NGC Future Technical Leaders program
