  4. Allocate resources, responsibly and apply creativity to enhancing user and customer experiences across digital and physical products and services
  5. Lead the development of user experience strategies that resonate with target audiences.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Design leadership

  • Leverage and extend the use of design system, style guides, patterns and assets
  • Contribute to the wider UX community, mentoring others
  • Ensure that all the organization’s output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand and strategic commitments.

  • Collaborate with other cross-functional Design team members
  • 10+ years in UX role, bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in the study of user experience, design, research or related fields or equivalent professional experience
  • Thorough command of the UX lifecycle with deep, direct experience in all skill areas and tools, including facilitation of workshops or other collaboration techniques to drive momentum and credibility within the organization
  • Complete UX skillset, to deliver excellence across products and platforms, mobile apps
  • Experience leading delivery, through feedback, design critique, presentation to program sponsors, planning and coordinating with partners where needed
  • Familiarity and experience with standard design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Framer, and Miro
  • High degree of craft, taste, and product intuition
  • keen eye towards future trends, emerging technology, and shifting customer expectations
  • Demonstrate exceptional visual craft with mastery of typography, color theory, composition, and vi
