Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Facilities Planner to gather stakeholder requirements, develop facility configurations, analyze space/infrastructure, and support strategic planning efforts. The role involves managing facilities data and ensuring alignment with the Site Master Plan. Requires a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in Facilities Planning, Industrial Engineering, or Project Management, and the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Gathers local stakeholder requirements to develop and define facilities configurations, additions, modifications, and installations necessary to assure business requirements are met.
  2. Proactively reviews site planning data, engages, creates site scenarios, gathers planning intel and assumptions, understands site capabilities, LRSP, occupancy forecast, space demand.
  3. Captures, validates, deconstructs, and translates Program requirements through collaboration with Division/Program, requestor, and functional POCs.
  4. Analyzes and tracks current and planned space/infrastructure capabilities, capacity, and occupancy.
  5. Evaluates new business/program facility requests and alignment/fit within Site Master Plan.
