Principal Financial Analyst – Oci, Infrastructure Ops Finance

Oracle Oracle · Enterprise · United States

This role is a Principal Financial Analyst focused on Infrastructure Operations Finance within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The position requires a versatile finance leader to manage portfolio-level reporting, operationalize new deals, drive automation for scalability, and deliver strategic analysis. Key responsibilities include serving as a go-to resource for strategic analysis, owning the financial onboarding of new mega deals, developing standardized intake frameworks, driving process improvements and automation in rent and power forecasting, and owning the consolidated infrastructure operations view for leadership. The role also involves supporting forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and quarter-end close processes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the go-to resource in the team for cross-functional, time-sensitive strategic analysis for leadership decision-making
  2. Own the financial onboarding of new mega deals after they are approved. You will build the bridge between deal approvals and finance execution, folding large deals into existing functional forecast processes
  3. Drive process improvement and improve data flows across the broader Finance team, with priority focus on rent and power forecasting workflows. You will help the team scale as the business grows
  4. Own the consolidated infrastructure ops view for leadership: pull together functional forecasts from individual line-item owners (rent, power, circuits, network) into cohesive executive review materials, forecast submissions, and portfolio-level reporting. Present to senior leadership and distill multi-category cost dynamics into the insights that truly matter
  5. Participate in quarter-end close processes and activities in collaboration with Finance, Operations, and Business teams
